1. Introduction and Acceptance

Welcome to Ai Short Store. By accessing our website and using our AI video generation services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

2. Service Description

Ai Short Store provides a platform key that integrates with third-party Artificial Intelligence models (such as OpenAI's Sora, Kling AI, Grok, and Google Veo) to generate short video content based on user text prompts and images. We act as an interface and orchestrator for these services.

3. Intellectual Property & Copyright

You own the content you create. Subject to the terms of the underlying AI providers, we assign to you all rights, title, and interest in the videos you generate using our platform.

However, you strictly agree NOT to generate content that infringes upon third-party intellectual property rights, including but not limited to:

  • Copyrighted characters (e.g., Disney, Marvel, Anime characters).
  • Likeness of real people, celebrities, or public figures without consent.
  • Trademarks, logos, or brand identities.
  • NSFW, hate speech, violent, or illegal content.

Violation Policy: We employ automated content filtering. Repeated attempts to bypass these filters or generate infringing content will result in immediate account suspension without refund.

4. Payments, Credits, and Refunds

  • Credit System: Our service operates on a credit-based system. Credits are purchased via Stripe and are deducted upon successful generation requests.
  • Non-Refundable: Due to the high computational costs associated with AI video generation, all credit purchases are final and non-refundable once used or allocated to your account.
  • Failed Generations: If a generation fails due to a system error on our end, credits will be automatically refunded to your balance. Generations rejected by AI safety filters are not guaranteed a refund.

5. Service Availability & Storage

We strive for 99% uptime but utilize third-party APIs which may experience outages. We are not liable for downtime caused by upstream providers (OpenAI, Google, etc.).

Data Retention: For privacy and storage optimization, all generated media is stored for 14 days. After this period, content is permanently deleted. It is your sole responsibility to download and backup your content.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ai Short Store shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the company is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
