2. Google User Data Policy (Limited Use)
Our application uses Google OAuth services to allow you to sign in. We adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Specific Usage of Google Data:
- We only access your primary Google email address and public profile picture for authentication and account creation purposes.
- We do not access, use, store, or share your Google Contacts, Google Drive files, or any other personal data from your Google account.
- We do not share your Google user data with third-party tools for AI models training.
3. Use of Artificial Intelligence
Your "prompts" (text descriptions) and uploaded image files are sent to third-party AI providers to process video generation. These providers include:
- OpenAI (Sora, GPT-4o)
- xAI (Grok)
- Kling AI
- Google Cloud (Veo)
These providers process your data according to their own privacy policies. We do not use your personal data to train our own proprietary AI models.
4. Content Storage & Deletion
Generated videos are stored securely on Amazon S3. Your content is private and only accessible to you while logged in. To protect your privacy and manage storage, we automatically delete all generated content and associated temporary files after 14 days of creation.
5. Payment Information
We do not store sensitive credit card information on our servers. All payments are securely processed by Stripe, a compliant payment processor. We only retain transaction records (date, amount, status) for accounting and credit allocation purposes.
